DUI members arrested after 6th Postal Robbery

Skopje- Police finally made an arrest after the sixth robbery of Macedonian postal service branch in the past three years. The culprits got away with 211,000 euros. The branch hit was in the Skopje suburb of Chair.
The head of postal security, two mailmen, and directors at the Postal Office are among the eight people arrested. Two of the arrested are the wife and daughter of former DUI ministers.
Police is searching for two other employees believing to be involved in the robbery.

Each robbery averaged in the hundreds of thousands of euros. The last one whopping 600,000 euros.
Unofficially, the money stolen from Macedonian postal services (almost 2 million euros) are used by DUI to pay UCK terrorists 'pensions' for fighting against Macedonian police back in 2001.
Some of the money are also used by DUI to finance their elections.

It is rather embarassing that it took Macedonian police this long to make an arrest, when everyone in the country seems to be aware who is stealing the money and what their purpose is.
