EBRD: Macedonian economy with the highest growth in the region

Macedonian economy this year will grow by 3 percents, it is written in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the economy in Southeast Europe’s report.

Macedonia and Kosovo, this and next 2015 will note the largest growth among the countries in the region, EBRD forecast. Macedonian economy is predicted to grow by 3 percents.

EBRD revised projections for GDP growth of most countries in the region. Serbia and Croatia this year will be in recession by -0.5 percent, Bosnia and Herzegovina rather than previously forecasted 1.8 will have growth of 0.2 percent, projection for Bulgaria is reduced from 1.9 to 1.5, and Albania and Montenegro will grow by 1.7 percents and 3.

Bank revised the projection for the entire region from 2.2 to 1.9 percents.
