MACEDONIANS MOST TRUST TO MILITARY INSTITUTIONS, AL LEAST TO COURTS AND ASSEMBLIES

According to research conducted in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro, in four of the six countries, political parties are at the bottom of the table, and weak confidence enjoy judicial and assemblies.

According to a public opinion poll done by the Center for Research and Policy Making - Skopje, conducted in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro, the citizens of the region have the most confidence in government and international military institutions.

In four of the six countries, political parties are at the bottom of the table, and weak trust enjoy judiciary and assemblies, the research was conducted within the project "Advocating for Open Government", funded by the European Union, which is being implemented in six countries in the region .

This survey was conducted in Macedonia in August 2014. In Macedonia and Serbia institutions most trusted army.

In Macedonia, 71.5 percent of participants' and 69 percent in Serbia, gave confidence to the army, while in Albania and Kosovo those are international military institutions as NATO 71 percent or 67 percent KFOR. In Albania the army rankiss third, with 44 percent confidence of citizens.

Army ranks fourth with 69 percent of respondents in Montenegro, where people believe more in the health system 60.3 percent and 58.7 percent in education, and the Serbian Orthodox Church, which has 55.6 percent of the respondents trust.

In Bosnia and Herzegovina army's second most trusted institution with 62 percent, while most believe in the work of CSE activities with 63.1 percent.
